This past Friday we celebrated Avery and Tate's 3rd Birthday. We had a little party at home. This was the first year that the boys really looked forward to and also understood their Birthday. They had a ton of fun eating cupcakes and opening presents. They also enjoyed the company of all of the other kids!
It's hard to believe that our babies are 3! Where did the time go? We have been so so busy the past 3 years, when we do get time to sit back and remember some of the memories that we have, we realize that life certainly isn't slowing down any.
Three has been an interesting age so far, I'm not sure I like it. They have come so far in so many ways, but the attitude is a little irritable and angry. They can go from happy to crabby in a matter of seconds. On the other hand, they are speaking in full, very clear sentences. This makes life full of explanations. Tate's life revolves around Diggers, Semi trucks, cranes, "excabators", rollers, John Deere "Trappers" (tractors) skid steers, trains and the list goes on and on. So our car rides are very tiring FOR ME!!!!! Avery likes these things however, he isn't as obsessed as Tate. Avery is more into lounging. He is a little movie buff.
We are all looking forward to getting outside, the weather is finally starting to warm up! It has been the longest winter in history:) The boys can't wait to try all of their new outdoor toys that they got for their birthday. We all need a little fresh air and sunshine!
