It's official, I am a "Soccer Mom."
(still waiting on the sticker for the back of my vehicle :)

Avery and Tate started soccer on Saturday, September 11. They play through the Red Cedar Soccer program in Menomonie. So, that's where you will find us for the next four weeks. Saturday mornings at 10:00! They are in the group of kids six years and younger. They practice beginning skills and play games such as, sharks and minnows, clean the yard, Simon says, red light green light etc.
They LOVE it so far! We are really excited to share in this "new" sport with them. It is fun to see them really express themselves as individuals...they are so different! Tate is more physically inclined although a little clumsy, he is mostly there for the social gathering, while Avery is so focused on doing things perfect and has this determination to be the best he can be, he takes "the game" really serious.
It's such a blessing to be their Mom! It is really my life's calling! I couldn't be more thrilled!
